| We tend to go the extra mile with our airbrushed batting helmets. Everything from scuffing the surface thoroughly to taping up every piece on the helmet. When the artwork is completed the batting helmets are always cleared with a low viscosity automotive clearcoat to help ad a long lasting surface while the helmet is making its way through the baseball season. Our helmets might cost a little bit more, but I hope that you can see the difference in our quality of work. And I would also like to add that getting a batting helmet airbrushed does not ruin the helmets ability to protect your head. It will not cause the helmet to crack or damage the surface. If anything it adds more protection to the surface of the helmet. Think of your automobile, and you can see that the clearcoat adds protection to the metel or plastic parts on the vehicle. |
